L'été, du soleil pour nos cheveux mais pas trop !

Le soleil apporte son lot de bienfaits car il stimule la pousse du cheveu. Il aide le calcium, contenu dans notre organisme, à se fixer par l'intermédiaire de la vitamine D et active la circulation de petits vaisseaux qui irriguent le cuir chevelu.
Toutefois les rayons du soleil peuvent être particulièrement redoutables pour les chevelures fragilisées par les défrisages agressifs, les lissages, les décolorations ainsi que les plaques chauffantes et les sèches cheveux.
C'est bien connu, les brushings et les lissages à répétition sensibilisent la matière même du cheveu. L'été, il vaut mieux éviter ces courses de chaleurs sur nos cheveux.

Après les bains de mer et la piscine, rincer systématiquement les cheveux à l'eau claire.

Nourrir et hydrater les cheveux sans les graisser.
Eviter les produits gras comme la vaseline (Petrolatum, Oil minéral, Paraffinium liquide).
En cette période estivale, laisser vos cheveux tranquilles, ils ont nécessairement besoin de repos avant d'être confrontés à l'automne.
